The New York Palace Hotel’s roots go all the way back to the early 1880s, when the iconic brownstones surrounding the Madison Avenue courtyard were built as part of a private residence for railroad financier Henry Villard. In 1974, Harry Helmsley purchased the air rites and built the 55 story luxury hotel to serve the booming luxury hotel market in New York. Today, the Lotte New York Palace remains one of the most recognizable hotels in New York with some of the most eloquently decorated rooms in the entire city. Over the years, ABCO Peerless has provided design and installation services for much of the iconic hotel, helping to protect this luxurious facility for years to come.
