Housed in one of the most iconic New York skyscrapers, the Metlife Tower at 200 Park Avenue, Metropolitan Life Insurance’s new corporate headquarters in its company’s namesake building is anything but outdated.  When Metlife decided to consolidate the majority of its operations in New York back to 200 Park Avenue, it came up with an innovative, open concept design featuring many social areas, an on-site cafeteria and state of the art conference rooms. ABCO Peerless installed fire protection systems on 6 floors, which are among the largest in square footage in the City of New York.
