Avon, the storied cosmetics brand founded in New York in the 1880s, set out to create one of the most progressive office environments in 2010 in the newly renovated 777 3rd Avenue. ABCO Peerless installed fire protection systems in over 225,000 square feet of modern, open floor plan office space. At the time of completion, Avon was the only cosmetics brand in New York with LEED certified Gold office space, focusing on energy efficiency and regionally sourced materials. Today, Avon’s office is a model for collaborative, environmentally conscious work space.
